    Sandbagging

Sandbagging is when a buyer knowingly proceeds with a merger or acquisition despite being aware of breaches or misrepresentations made by the seller. The buyer completes the deal but later seeks legal remedies or compensation for any damages caused by these issues, using this tactic strategically during post-deal disputes.
