    SEC Form 4

    SEC Form 4 is a document that must be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) whenever company insiders?such as officers, directors, or beneficial owners of more than 10%?buy or sell company securities. It discloses changes in their ownership and must be submitted within two business days of the transaction to promote transparency and prevent insider trading.
