Section 424 ? Dishonest or Fraudulent Removal or Concealment of Property

This section deals with dishonest or fraudulent concealment or removal of property or release of any claim or demand, intending to cause wrongful loss or gain. Offenders may be punished with imprisonment up to two years, a fine, or both.
