While not a feature of the Bribery Act itself, whistleblowers disclosing bribery, corruption, or serious wrongdoing are protected under the UK Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998. They cannot suffer detriment, dismissal, or believe their disclosure will be covered up. Organisations must ensure clear, safe reporting channels.
