The CoSP is the formal assembly of all UNCAC signatory countries. It meets biennially to review implementation progress, adopt procedures, address emerging corruption trends, encourage technical cooperation, and guide UNODC?s work. Decisions are largely consensus-based, with one dissent allowed. This structure ensures collective oversight and accountability for delivering anti-corruption commitments.
