Section 45C – Transfer of Pending Proceedings

Once a winding-up order is issued against a banking company, any civil or criminal legal actions pending in other courts must be transferred to the High Court within three months. The liquidator reports total pending cases; the High Court may consolidate them, ensuring that all legal matters are centrally addressed during liquidation.
