Section 67A – Publishing Sexually Explicit Material

Section?67A penalizes the electronic publishing or transmission of explicit sexual content. First conviction: up to five years imprisonment and ?1,000,000 fine; subsequent convictions: up to seven years and ?1,000,000 fine.
