Tag-Along Rights

Tag-along rights are provisions that protect minority shareholders by allowing them to join a sale if majority shareholders decide to sell their stake. This ensures that minority owners can sell their shares on the same terms as the majority, preventing them from being left behind or forced to remain with new owners they did not choose.
